I/we, hereby authorize Rabbi Daniel Green to act as my/our agent and empower him to sell all of my/our chametz prior to Passover and to repurchase these items at the conclusion of the holiday. Included in this agency is the right to appoint further agents and to rent or sell real and personal property, as need be, to ensure that the halachic concerns in regard to chametz on Passover are met. The term chametz is to be understood according to the Rabbinic definition of leaven food and includes all food items and liquids in separate entities or mixed form. Included in this definition is food related to animals.
