This is the second course we are offering from The Hologram, which is an idea, a practice, an experiment and a growing community. “We” are Cassie Thornton and Lita Wallis, your facilitators. You can find more out about us at hologram.xyz/course. This course is specifically focused on the question: “Why is it so hard to ask for help?”

The course will take place on six consecutive Tuesdays, starting September 8 and finishing on October 20th. Each session will run from from 6-9pm London Time, [1-4pm Thunder Bay (Eastern Standard Time)], and [1-4am Singapore Time], on Zoom. Please only apply if you can commit to attending 5/6 workshops.
