Montgomery County Disaster Response Survey
During a disaster, the immediate response and the initiation of recovery are vital to a community. Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (MCOHSEM) would like to know if your organization/congregation is interested in serving in disaster response and recovery, and if so, what area of disaster response the organization/congregation would like to serve? Organizations/Congregations that respond and become active may be utilized during Mass Care Operations. Implementation of disaster response is ever revolving and continuously changing, therefore in an effort to create a strong and viable community response during a disaster and utilizing our core organizations/congregations, we respectfully ask for an active commitment to allow for training and exercises in the various roles. Periodically we will re-survey the organizations/congregations to get updated contact information and if there are any changes the organization/congregation would like to make regarding participation.
