The Index is essentially a revitalised version of the old Piccalilli newsletter. It's only me (Andy) that writes them for Set Studio, so I'm thinking it should get moved to Piccalilli.

For email subscribers or RSS subscribers that read each issue in their RSS reader, this change will have absolutely zero impact on them. It's more for web-based readers.
