This program aims to inspire, guide, and engage current IEEE members through the experienced guidance of IEEE alumni. AMP endeavors to change and evolve each year, and this year will include new additions such as mentee pods with multiple mentees for more effective bonding, structured mentor-mentee pod meetings with helpful pre-prepared questions, and more alumni panels.
The time commitment for mentees will be two meetings per a quarter, excluding additional meetings with your mentor that you can schedule as needed.
