Moderator Scenarios
These questions are designed to make you think critically as there will be varying situations that you will need to handle independently as a Moderator, one of the highest achievable ranks. Admins won’t always be there. You are a role model to lower staff. So, take your time and really think about these questions. Remember that context is important. Be specific, put effort in. You must answer these questions individually. If you are found out to be cheating on these questions, your application will automatically be denied. This includes asking for help and/or receiving the answers from someone else.

When reviewing a ban request, what is required proof when handling any rdm(s) and leave to be able to ban? Additionally, If there isn’t enough evidence to equate to a ban in a ban request, what are some things you can do? *
You join the server and see there is mass trolling going on, and staff are contributing to trolling as well. For example, 10+ people have changed their name to be similar to each other such as Chad#1, Chad#2, and so on. There is also a lot of blatant rdms and false koses caused because of their names. The staff online are also egging on the trolling and baiting racism. How do you handle this, with the powers of a Moderator? Be specific. *
Multiple people accuse someone of hacking/scripting and report it to you and want you to do something about it. How do you proceed? Try to be specific and list the steps you would take. *
You join the server and see someone being genuinely harassed by another member online. What do you do? At what point would you issue a ban, and for how long? *
