To efficiently assign students' transportation needs for the 2023-2024 school year, TVSD asks that if you utilize an in-District day care location and your child/children will require transportation to and from that location in place of your home residence, that you complete this form by Friday, July 28th to ensure proper transportation assignments for the start of the school year.

Per TVSD District Policy 810: A student may be transported to and from a daycare center, rather than
his/her own home, but the student's babysitter must reside within the same school attendance area in which the child is enrolled. The sitter must live on existing bus routes, since no stops will be established outside the
attendance area or outside school District boundaries. Arrangements for stops at a babysitter location shall be the same Monday through Friday. The school may assign children to different buses for the morning pick-up
and the afternoon return home trip but will not assign more than one bus for each trip.

*If daycare needs change throughout the school year, a new form will need to be submitted to update your child's transportation assignment. Changes in transportation assignments may take up to three working days to be in effect.
