Duties
The Youth Assistant will assist the Youth Director with any duties as needed regarding Junior Bassmaster, B.A.S.S. High School, College B.A.S.S. or any other youth events. Duties could include scheduling, coordination or communication tasks.

No member of the Board accepts any compensation for his or her efforts, with the exception of an occasional stipend. The Youth Assistant may be entitled to a stipend or discount of up to $50 for filling an official role at each qualifying tournament. The Youth Assistant position is appointed by the Youth Director. The Youth Assistant is not entitled to a vote in Board decisions.

Term begins November 1, 2019, and ends October 31, 2020.
