Strictly Brackley is BACK and bigger than ever! We are looking for 12 fabulous new recruits to be selected for the opportunity of a lifetime and raise money for our wonderful charity 'Restore'. Are you ready to take on a New Year challenge and get ‘Strictlyfied’ by our amazing team?
We are offering 6 weeks of free professional training by our organiser and Dancing with the Stars professional Joanne Banham and her fantastic team.
Training session will take place on Saturday morning at Brackley Rugby Club:
10am-12pm
Jan 14th, 21st, 28th Feb 4th, 11th, 18th
(We ask that you are able to attend all the sessions)
The Event is held at Brackley Football Club on Saturday 25th February:
Matinee Show: 2pm
Evening Show: 7pm - with a social dance straight after the evening show for all
Many of you will be wondering what to expect, but we can assure you that this will be an experience of a lifetime and one that you and your friends will never forget!! Our talented and supportive team of experienced dancers are waiting to meet you and are very much looking forward to introducing you to the world of Latin and Ballroom dance.
During the first training session our charity will pop in to advise you on the sponsorship just giving page that has been set up for this event and tell you a little about what they all do. This will enable you to start collecting sponsorship towards the Charity.
We ask that in agreeing to take part in this event as a local hero you also agree to raise a minimum of £200 in sponsorship through your efforts.
The final show is sure to be spectacular and we have lots of guest performances alongside the Strictly. Make sure you bring all your friends and family along to support our fabulous event, it’s a night they won’t want to miss!
Each contestant will be responsible for the sale of a minimum of 20 tickets, there is no max. Remember the more guests the more text votes to get you in that elusive Strictly Final and be in with a chance of lifting the glitter ball trophy!
