Cx3: Contemporary Creative Community
Experimental, multidisciplinary art installation tour. Audiences will walk through the space to view/listen/observe artists. Artists will share a space with other artists. Small spaces therefore, solos and duets are recommended. Please provide your desired needs below. The installation will be long, so artists will rotate spaces/times.

Saturday, October 8,  Downtown Iowa City, Outdoor Performance (location TBA)
A fun-filled, free community event. Performers please consider: this might be performed in the grass.

Saturday, October 8,  James Theater
A formal performance at the James Theater. All styles of dance/performance are welcome.

Your application includes this questionnaire, a video of the piece that will be performed, and a resume that you must email to us. Until we receive all three, the application will not be complete.

You may email us a link to your final project video or share it via Google drive. When you send the video to us, please include a brief description of what it is and what you may want the curators to know about your work. You may submit a recording of a rehearsal/unfinished project if the final work is not yet completed. If you have a final project to submit, make sure that the project was created within the past year.

Please note, the performance limit for events is approximately 5 minutes for the October 8th performance. Performances on October 7th are welcome to longer works.

We will not be able to accept everybody who applies. Our curatorial team will be reviewing applications as we receive them. Acceptances will be announced September 7th.
