This is the registration form for the CCC 18+ Lip Sync Battle 2023. Please fill this out if you want to be considered for this fun event!

THIS EVENT IS 18+, so please ensure you are of age by the day of con(February 25th) you will be carded as you walk into the space! We ask that all applicants arrive 20 minutes before the event starts to do check-in.

This year we'd like to ask for you to apply with at least two song choices to avoid overlap. Applications are first-come-first-serve and you may be asked to perform your second song if a previous contestant has already chosen it. If you have any questions about song choices, please direct them to evergreenchibicon@gmail.com.

As this is a lip-sync battle, there will be a final song! The song will be Rainin fellas by todrick hall, so be sure to practice and prepare a performance for it as well as your own lip-sync.

There will be a first place prize and certificates for the winners!
