Avon Lake City Schools Remote Learning Registration--Semester 2
Please complete this form if you would like to enroll your student in Avon Lake City School's online learning program for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year, which begins January 19, 2021.   All questions on this form require a response.

Please submit a separate form for each student you wish to enroll.  

Students will be required to remain online through the end of the school year. Changes will be at the discretion of the school district only.  

Students may be required to attend in-person for any mandated state or standardized testing.

The deadline to register is December 4, 2020.

Final information about online learning will be emailed to parents of registered students during the week of January 4, 2021.
