Academy of St. Louis Club Sign Up Form

Starting next week, we will be offering (2) clubs after school from 2:45-3:45. The Yearbook Club will begin on Wednesday, January 24th and the Culture Club will begin on Thursday, January 25. Each club is limited to 10 students and is $75.00 per club for the semester. Please make checks payable to the Academy of St. Louis.
