Twilight Wellness Walk Expo Application
Our mission is wellness and addressing every aspect of wellness aspects of wellness including physical, mental, spiritual,  social, spiritual, educational/intellectual & environmental health and well-being.

We invite you to join us in creating the FIRST EVER "Wellness Walk on Hancock" along the backstretch of Twilight (Hancock between Hull & College Avenues) Invitation extends to local wellness practitioners, fitness centers, yoga studios, nutritionists, activists, healing and active arts businesses and organizations, local artists and crafters.

This serves as a Letter of Agreement between your organization and the Twilight for Wellness Walk space.

LOCATION
Hancock Avenue - 100 Block of East and West Avenue adjacent to Lumpkin

HOURS OF OPERATION
Saturday, April 30, 2021: 12PM - 10PM, with option to remain open until the end of the race (approx. 10:15PM)

SET-UP
Saturday 8 AM until 11 AM. You will need a vendor pass to access the location as streets will be closed at 6 AM

BREAKDOWN
Saturday, April 30 starting at 10PM. Vendors MUST be in operation from 12PM until 5PM and optionally from 5PM until 10PM. Vendors won't be able to drive into the block to gather items until after the event is completed (around 11 PM).

TRASH CLEAN-UP
Please breakdown boxes and make sure your immediate area is clean of any debris. Bag all loose trash and place at a trash receptacle.  Boxes do not need to be bagged, but please place at receptacle.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs.

COVID REQUIREMENTS
Covid requirements will be based on ACC Government regulations at the time of the event.

COST
There is no set cost to be part of the Wellness Walk, but donations are suggested. 100% of donations via PayPal's fundraising platform will have no service fees removed, so you can be sure all of the donation goes directly to supporting health and wellness in the community.
