Available to graduating SCUSD high school seniors for use at an accredited community college, trade/technical school or university.

The Santa Clara Council PTA recognizes volunteerism and philanthropy as being integral to its mission. Therefore, the council would like to recognize students with significant volunteer service and/or work experience with scholarship awards of up to $500.

* High school transcripts are not required for this scholarship.

Application requirements:

1. List community colleges, trade/technical schools, or universities to which you are applying.

2. Describe any PTA/PTSA responsibilities.

3. Describe your school/community VOLUNTEER SERVICE during high school.

4. Describe your WORK EXPERIENCE during high school.

5. Provide contact information for adults supervising your volunteer/work activities.

Important Follow-Up:

Students must provide expense receipts (tuition, books, lab fees, etc.) for reimbursement of scholarship awards by November 1 (or have a valid explanation for delaying education until the following January) or the scholarship will be voided and redistributed to an alternate applicant.
