This application must be filled out entirely with appropriate permits sent to the section liaison. Applications missing responses or documentation will not be processed until applications are complete AND photo documentation is received. Once reviewed and approved, the liaison will contact you for payment.

CRITERIA:
ALL BOOTHS are encouraged to reflect the 2022 “Hocus Pocus” theme or a Halloween theme. ALL CRAFT BOOTHS should aim to provide high quality HANDMADE products and/or UNIQUE novelties such as jewelry, pottery, textiles, art, decorations, musical instruments, toys, glass woodwork, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Products reflecting or resembling drugs, alcohol, weapons or explicit material are prohibited. Any product not created by you must be clearly listed on application for review. ALL NON-PROFIT BOOTHS are required to submit tax exempt ID # below. Booth spaces for GOVERNMENT AGENCY/NON-COMMERCIAL FREE SPEECH are limited. Photos of booth set up and products must be provided prior to approval. All booth applications are subject to review, participation in a previous event DOES NOT guarantee approval for Hauntfest 2022.
