React India is an international community-led non-profit initiative that provides a platform for developers to share and discuss their insights and experiences with React. We are inviting you to submit talks for the upcoming React India Conference.

The Perks
If you are selected as a speaker for React India 2024 (In-Person Event), here’s what we will give you provide:

-  Full Access to all the conference areas.

If you are selected as a speaker for React India 2024, and have also purchased your ticket, then please let us know and we will refund your ticket.

If your employer can cover your travel and/or stay expense, then we will mention them as our Bronze Sponsor and promote them through our social media platforms and on our website. We would be super appreciative of you if you could also convince them to be our Silver or Gold Sponsors

Guidelines

Submit your workshop proposals by July 15th, 2024. The talks should be 30 minutes long, but if you need more or less time for your talk, please let us know. Unlike traditional Q&A sessions after each talk, we would like to encourage attendees and speakers to connect during breaks and after sessions. 

While submitting your proposal, please pay close attention to the details. Typos, sloppy formatting, and all-lowercase submissions can complicate the review process and may count against your proposal. Strike a balance in your submission—concisely convey your topic without overdoing it. 

If your proposal requires more than two paragraphs to get to the main point, we kindly ask you to streamline it. Given the high volume of submissions, making a quick and positive impression is crucial. We will prioritise originality in content. 

To push the React community forward, we seek talks that offer a unique perspective. If you've covered a topic elsewhere, then please consider adding a twist, new research, or development to keep it fresh. Of course, if your talk is inherently awesome, feel free to go with it! Assume that your audience is full of Jon Snows: They know nothing 😜 . 

Craft your presentation with this in mind, ensuring that it resonates with both seasoned professionals and those new to the topic.

All talks will be recorded and published on the internet for free, along with a recording of the slide deck, live-demo or other on-presenter-screen activity.

We do this for the benefit of the larger community and those who can’t make it to the conference. We hope you want to help out, but if you are in any way uncomfortable in any way, let us know and we will work things out.
