Falcon Ornament Order Form

Falcon Ornaments representing the Suffield Elementary Centennial. $5 per ornament. Limited quantity available. Ornaments are made of wood and make great presents. These ornaments can be picked up by your Suffield Elementary student on the day of their Santa Shop visit or at the Santa Shop Family Shopping Night on Thursday, December 14 from 4-7pm at the Suffield Elementary Library.

Payments can be made in person by cash or check to the Suffield PTA or can be made to our Venmo account @SuffieldPTA. Ornaments will only be passed out with confirmed payment and a completed form.
