Raising Readers in Story County coordinates a FREE summer tutoring program to promote literacy skills and prevent the "summer slide". Students must have completed kindergarten through 3rd grade. Each child will be paired virtually with a trained volunteer tutor. They will meet for personalized reading sessions through the ZOOM platform to help maintain summer literacy skills. These 45 minute sessions will be hosted and supervised virtually by RRSC site supervisors. We will offer 2 four week sessions: June 8th- July 2nd and July 6th - July 30th.
