UCSC Earth Day 2024: Show Some Love to Planet Earth!

Want to join the University Community Service Center (UCSC) and our community partners on Saturday, April 20, as we celebrate our planet? We're heading to various South Side Chicago neighborhoods to help with eco-focused service projects around the city.

Participants will gather for breakfast and check-in at the South Lounge (2nd Fl) of the Reynolds Club, 5706 S. University Avenue, at 10:00am. We will then head out to projects. Most projects will be at sites within walking distance of the University (within one mile) though there will be transportation available for a select few project sites. Projects will last approximately 2.5 hours, with time built in to learn about the organization and hear about upcoming opportunities to engage. All participants should expect to return to campus by approximately 2pm.

To participate, please sign up by Wednesday, April 17. We will confirm your participation via email, prior to our April 20 service day. Thank you for joining us!
