COVID19 Response Back To School Remote Learning Parent/Guardian Survey
We know this is a difficult time for you and your family. We are asking you to complete the survey to help us as many counties begin their back to school season for 2020-21.

We are shifting our on-site school-based programs to include virtual learning opportunities, and would like your feedback to help us identify pain points, teachable moments, and positive experiences your family is experiencing during the health pandemic while navigating remote learning with your school.

The survey is anonymous and should only take about 5-7 minutes to complete. No individual identifying results will be made available to school districts.

Your time is precious, and for that we are entering your email into our drawing for a $50 Visa Gift Card. To enter the drawing all survey responses must be received by October 31, 2020 5pm EST.
