With a Federal election fast approaching, now’s the time for community members to meet MPs and candidates to call for them to publicly commit to strong climate policies.

Parents for Climate are coordinating an MP & candidate meeting blitz from Friday 14 February onwards. 
THE PROCESS:
  1. Contact your local MP and candidates to request a meeting from Friday 14 February onwards. (You can find an email template in the resources linked below; if you need a hand finding the contact details of local candidates, email michael@parentsforclimate.org).
  2. Please register your meetings below
  3. Use the resources here to prepare for your meeting: https://www.parentsforclimate.org/how_to_lobby_your_mp
  4. Report back on your meeting via an online form that will be emailed to you following your meetings. This will allow us to gather useful intel to to help other grassroots groups and track our collective impact.

  • Email Mike Pulsford if an MP or candidate rejects your meeting request. Please put "Meeting Request Rejected" in the subject line: michael@parentsforclimate.org
