Due to COVID-19, we are having to host our Fall Sideline Cheer registration a bit differently.  This year, during the month of May, we simply need you to fill out this Interest Application and as soon as the Community School receives the green light from the state and district, they will launch the official registration module where you will pay your fee and officially register your child.  The registration module will be available sometime during the summer and we will keep you updated!  The purpose of us gathering an interest list now is to get contact info and to start gathering info over the summer to get items ordered for the athletes.

Some things to note:
1.  Please fill out one application per child, even if you have multiple athletes participating.
2.  Please make sure that you, as guardian, give us the best email to reach you at.
3.  Please fill out the form entirely and correctly.
4.  Please read through our FAQs and other info on our website in regards to our Rec Program - www.lakeridgecheer.com
5.  Reminder that this is NOT an official registration.  Once we have the Community School link, you will then officially register your athlete and be locked into a team.
