We invite you to participate in a research study. As an adult aged 18 or older and fluent in English, your insights are valuable for our investigation. By examining the impact of your experience on cognitive processes and emotional responses, we seek to understand how these factors shape individuals' lifestyle habits and mental health. Participation involves completing a survey, and exploring various aspects of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The expected duration of participation is about 30 minutes. Participation may offer you the opportunity to reflect on your interactions, enhancing self-awareness. Your contribution may also benefit the understanding of peoples' adverse experiences, potentially leading to improvements for individuals in the future. There are no risks to participation. However, responding to some questions may involve some discomfort. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to decline or withdraw at any time without penalty. There is no payment for participation. Measures will be implemented to ensure confidentiality, including limited access, anonymization, secure storage, and data retention. Participation is entirely voluntary, and withdrawal can be done at any time without penalty.
