The Missoula Makers Collective is hosting an outdoor, holiday market during Holidays on Higgins (formerly Parade of Lights) on Saturday, December 2rd, in partnership with the Missoula Downtown Association. This is a huge opportunity- over 5,000 people attend this event each year, the location is right in the busiest part of the festival, and we will also be able to host ~40 makers! This market is going to be magical- imagine lots of twinkling lights, heaters in the street, bonfires, hot cocoa, Santa, and dozens of lit up parade floats! You'll be set up on one side of the street, and the floats will be on the other, so traffic will be heavy in the area of the market!
We're beyond excited about this event and we're going even BIGGER this year than last year-- adding almost 20 booth spaces and an extra city block! The Missoula Downtown Association has extended the street closure this year to include up to Broadway Ave and is committed to growing this event- which also means growing this market!

We have a limited number of booths for the Winter Markets. Please know that we will be selecting vendors to create a balanced shopping experience for our customers. Note that applications will be considered mostly on the basis of social media- if your instagram is private or personal you will not be considered for the market.
Each of the spaces available for these markets will be 10 x 10 ft. to allow for as many makers to participate as possible! Makers will be required to pay for each market by the deadline in order to keep their spot- anyone that has not paid their booth fee by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist and their booth spot will be given away. Payment for the December 2nd Missoula Makers Winter Market is due on Monday, November 13th by 5:00 pm. We reserve the right to keep any booth fees that are collected and refunds will be given based on discretion of the organizers.
Applications close on October 31st at midnight and makers will be notified of their acceptance by November 1st. You will receive an email with market details and an invoice for your booth fee.
