PONCA CITY VETERANS DAY PARADE ENTRY FORM
Please note the following:
• The organization's name must be on both sides of the entry.
• Entries should be decorated to honor veterans/patriotism. Remember our
mission is to honor our veterans.
• No racking of motorcycles in front of reviewing stand. No horses.
• Parade admittance and placement is at the sole discretion of the Parade
Committee, who reserves the right to prohibit the entry. Specific staging areas
for all Entries will be announced and published 2 days prior to the Parade.
• Entrants should arrive at their assigned area by 10:00 am to insure placement.
Late entries will be placed at the end of the parade route.
• The Ponca City Veterans Day Parade Association will not be liable or assume
responsibility for theft, damage, injury, or any other loss to any spectator,
participant, or organization participating in the event.
• Entry Due Date: Tuesday, OCTOBER 25, 2022

• DUE TO COVID-19, WE REQUEST YOU REFRAIN FROM DISPENSING CANDY
• FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT MASKS BE WORN, AND SOCIAL DISTANCE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
