Weapon Order Form
This form helps me focus efforts to make weapons based on demand, as this is a not a livelihood business, but a passion in my free time. Weapons can be shipped, or picked up in-person if we're attending the same seminar.

Following the submission of this form, I'll reach out via email to confirm the order details and give payment information.

Length customization
Please specify any custom weapon lengths for each weapon.

Recommended measurements for customization are below.
All measurements should be taken standing naturally with arms relaxed at sides (shizen no kamae) :
  • Hanbo: Distance from the floor to your wrist.
  • Jo: Distance from the floor to your armpit.
  • Rokushakubo: Distance from the floor to your temple.
  • Bokken: Distance from ankle bone to knuckles for the blade. Three hand widths for the handle.

Default lengths are:
  • Hanbo: 38"
  • Jo: 51.5"
  • Rokushakubo: 72"
  • Yari: 72" staff, 12" blade
  • Tanto: 8"
  • Wakizashi: Blade 16", Handle 6"
  • Bokken: Blade 28.5", Handle 11.5"
Staff cross-section
If you're ordering a staff, please specify the desired cross-section for each staff:
  • Octagonal (default)
  • Round
Wood stain
Please specify stain preference. Weapons are finished with natural tung tree oil unless otherwise requested.

Stain Options:
  • Natural (no stain, default)
  • Antique (homemade stain of natural tannins)

Personalization
Please specify any woodburned personalization, such as a name. 
Very complicated personalization may incur an additional fee.
Craftsman signature is woodburned on the end of all weapons.
