NASA Community,

As you have heard, the 2020 spring soccer season has been cancelled due to COVID-19. Though we are all disappointed about this, the safety of our families and communities comes first.

While no soccer can be played this spring, NASA has already incurred operating costs such as maintaining our soccer fields in preparation for the spring season, and continued expenses to ensure that the fields will be usable in the fall. NASA is doing everything we can to reduce these costs, but there will still be a significant expense.

As we prepare to process refunds, we want to ask you to consider donating your registration fees (or a portion of them) to support the NASA program. We understand that not everyone will be able to help, and we thank you for considering this option. 

Thank you for coming to make your selection. We will collect responses until Saturday, May 16th, at which time we will begin to process the refund requests.

In order to make this process as easy as possible for you, you need only fill out this form once per family. For children beyond the first, please provide their names and grades in the additional children box below. This information will be used to identify your registration. Here is an example:

Abigail Adams (5th grade), John Quincy Adams (3rd)
