Why do Substance Use Disorder (SUD) patients sign out Against Medical Advice (AMA)?
This survey is seeking to identify the best and worst 'ingredients' in the health care process for a patient of SUD who is seeking healing though inpatient services.

I'm not asking for your identity other than the general category of person you fall into on this subject as outlined in the first question.

Signing out AMA is an all to common occurrence during the detox/rehab process.  If there was a list of ingredients within this process, what are the best and worst (or missing)?

Thank you for your time and thoughtful answers.
