Texas PTA Life Membership is one of the highest PTA honors that can be presented to an individual for outstanding service to children and youth. Please help Frankford PTA recognize exemplary people in the Frankford community who have made an exceptional difference in the lives of our children. Nominate someone from our Frankford PTA for their dedication and service!

Nominees may be a Frankford teacher/staff member, parent volunteer, or a PTA leader.

Please be thoughtful when bestowing this award. If a member has received this award previously and has been involved in PTA for 10 years, then they can be honored with the Extended Service Award. 

If you would like to nominate a deserving individual for their contributions to Frankford Middle School, please complete and submit this form no later than Friday, January 27, 2023.

The Life Membership Nominating Committee, comprised of Frankford PTA leaders, will review all nominations and will make all final decisions. Honorees will be announced in March, and each honoree and their guest will be invited to attend a special PTA Life Membership Reception in April 2023, compliments of Frankford PTA.
