By completing this form, you will be added to our General Event Volunteer Roster for a review. Once approved, you will receive early access to future volunteer opportunity & event by email! A copy of your response will be emailed to the address you provided.

There are events throughout the year that leads up to the annual flagship November festival. As of May 2020, we are still running our events virtually until late summer. We are closely monitoring the news and the public regulation to determine Fall 2020 event schedule.

General Information about Volunteering
(In-Person) General Event Volunteer tasks are, but not limited to:
- set up and tear down of room, stage, signage, equipment, etc.
- greeting, box office, crowd control, membership registration, answering questions from the guests.
- theater ushering, microphone run during audience Q&A, clean up.


• VAFF T-shirt is provided at your shift if it's a flagship event.
• Shifts are usually 4 to 6 hours long with plenty of break time, water & snacks provided.
• You may catch VAFF event on your day-off or during your shift break time, but space is limited.
• Electronic Volunteer Certificate and other school hour approvals are provided.  
• Celebrate Volunteer Appreciation Party at the end of November!
