Please join us Friday September 16th through Sunday the 18th for a Yoga & fresh air Retreat at Bustins Island off the coast of Freeport, Maine. This retreat can accommodate 12-15 vaccinated guests. Retreat guests will catch the Lilly B Ferry to the island Friday afternoon. After getting settled on the island there will be an all levels Flow & Restore yoga class. Saturday morning will begin with morning yoga and meditation. Mid-day Saturday guest are encouraged to get out and explore the island. Saturday afternoon a deep stretch Yin Yoga class will be held. The retreat will conclude with morning yoga and meditation followed by brunch on Sunday. Delicious seasonal farm to table meals will be prepared by Gail Taisey of Pear Blossom Farm throughout the weekend.

The cottages at Bustins are best set up to accommodate guests in shared rooms, which is our preference. However, we could accommodate a smaller group of guests in a combination of single and shared rooms if necessary. *
