Super Short Survey: Movement
Interested in getting a little more movement during the work day at the Kelley School? We’re looking into scheduling a weekly 40-minute session, 12:10-12:50 p.m., focusing on mobility and light resistance work with an experienced fitness and CrossFit coach, our own Eric Metzler. You would need to bring your own yoga mat. We would start with one day a week and possibly add another day depending on interest.
