NCSC's social/sexual misconduct process is reporter-based, so if any of the suggested options do not work with you, please feel free to specify. This form and its responses will ONLY be seen by the NCSC Executives (Secretary-General and Executive Director) unless you specify otherwise.

Social misconduct is a vast umbrella term that encompasses (in frank terms), "everything else besides sexual misconduct." Officially, social misconduct includes any forms of harassment or discrimination based on race, color, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, or disability. TLDR: Social misconduct comprises any situation where a delegate feels harassed or discriminated against based on either identity or insensitivity/ignorance.

*Misconduct can occur between delegates OR delegates and staffers. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate 1) content in notes passed or documents created during committee sessions, 2) conversations throughout NCSC weekend, and 3) conduct at the Washington Hilton or at any NCSC sponsored programming.

While no misconduct report is too big or too small, we do want to remind you that to streamline the misconduct process, you can report substantive misconduct (plagiarism, prewriting, technology or committee policy violation) HERE. You may also report general feedback about your committee/conference experience (again, nothing is too big or too small) at our conference feedback form HERE.

Providing contact information
A reminder that while most of these questions are optional in order to respect anonymity, we may require some further committee-specific and/or identifying information depending on what course of action you want to take moving forward. Unless you do not want ANY action to be taken, we ask that if comfortable, you include a form of contact so that the Executives/any other specified members of NCSC LI Secretariat can follow up with your submission.

The Executives will make as much effort as possible to limit disclosure to only the most relevant Secretariat members. For example, misconduct within committees would be disclosed to your committee USG.

This can include your USG, any other USGs, Chief of Staff, or any members of Executive Side (Delegate Affairs, Business Development, Operations, Programming, Philanthropy and/or Marketing & Media).
What action would you like the NCSC Executives/Secretariat to take?
Note that these actions are listed from lowest to highest engagement/confrontation level. Likewise, if you are interested in taking action but would like to have a 1-on-1 conversation with a NCSC Executive/Secretariat member first, please make sure to check off the last option.
Any specifications/modifications to the actions above? Is there anything else you would like us to know? *
