This online form is for preregistering your cottage’s tenants. Please use a separate form to register each tenant. Cottage owners are responsible for screening tenants to ensure they understand the unique nature of the community, are willing to follow all safe distancing and other COVID19 precautions, and have been informed of the quiet hours and "Rules for Renters." For complete rules on cottage rentals, MVMCA defined family members, and rules for renters, refer to the MVMCA Cottage Owner Information located at http://www.mvcma.org/cottage-owner-info.html
