East (& Foster Before School) K-5 New KIA Student Enrollment 2024-2025

This form is for students K-5 at East that are NEW TO KIA for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please complete a separate form for each child.
Your child is fully re-enrolled when this form has been submitted, your FACTS Account has been updated, and we have received your registration fee and non-refundable deposit check (DUE MARCH 28, 2024). Please mail a check, payable to Kids in Action, to 220 Central Street, Hingham MA 02043.

Create/update your FACTS account for the 2024-2025 school year:

Go to your account and click under "2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR" where it says "Set up payment plan" (this has to be done each school year).
Schedule changes may be made until July 31st to go into effect for September 2024. Schedule change requests made between August 1st and September 15th will go into effect in October 2024.
There will be a $50.00 fee for changing your child's schedule.

2024-25 Fee Schedule -To complete your registration, please mail the Non-refundable Registration Fee and Deposit to Kids In Action – 220 Central Street – Hingham BY MARCH 28, 2024. The $150.00 deposit will be applied to your May 2025 tuition payment. **Tuition is approved by the HPS Committee annually and is subject to change.**
