1:1 IN PERSON TRAINING:
This is 1:1 In-Person Training for anyone that is located near Tomball / Cypress, TX and needs a little extra push by working with me. I am currently training at RISE Gym (membership needed) located in Tomball, TX (near 249 and Spring Cypress).

What is included: Each session is 45-60 minutes long. We will have a warm-up, workout, cool down / stretch. Before we start, we will have an initial meet up assessment where we talk about your goals and what you can expect from me. I do not provide meal plans but can assist with meal ideas. You will also get access to my app where we will keep track of your workouts and have access to nutrition info.

1:1 In-Person Training will be: $260 per month for 4 sessions. $480 per month for 8 sessions. $660 per month for 12 sessions. Individual sessions are $70 each.


ONLINE TRAINING:
Customized training program based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you. This is for people that are willing to commit to changing their lifestyle through weight lifting, that want a trainer to push them and educate them on proper technique and progressive overload, and are ready to invest in themselves in order to better their health.

What is included: Full access to customized app via Trainerize. A full month of programming (2-4 days a week, depending on what you prefer) where you will repeat some sessions and exercises within the month to work on progressive overload and mastering the movement. You will have direct access to me within the app so you can send me your form checks each workout and any other questions you may have regarding the programming. The app will have your monthly program laid out and that is where you will keep track of the weight you are hitting and any other notes about that training session. There will be demo videos for each movement that you will be focusing on that month. We will have check ins to discuss questions/concerns about the upcoming week and talk about your nutrition. You will be able to log and track meals and there will be meal examples to give you ideas.

1:1 Online Training will be $175/month.


HYDBRID TRAINING:
Hybrid personal training refers to a customized training approach that combines in-person coaching with online training. It integrates the benefits of both in-person and online training to provide a comprehensive and flexible fitness experience.  This would benefit anyone that is located near Tomball / Cypress, TX and would like to meet up one 2-4x a month. I am currently training at RISE Gym (membership needed) located in Tomball, TX (near 249 and Spring Cypress).

What is included:  Full access to customized app via Trainerize where program is laid out and you will have access to nutrition info.  In person training sessions 4x a month (1X a week). In person sessions are 45-60 minutes long.  Before we start, we will have an initial meet up assessment where we talk about your goals and what you can expect from me.

Hybrid Training will be $299/month


GROUP TRAINING:
This is In-Person Group and or small group Training for anyone that is located near Tomball, TX and needs a little extra push by working out in person with a group of people. Locations vary between Rise Gym (located at 249 and Spring Cypress) and my garage gym (located near FM 2978 and Hufsmith Road)

What is included: Each class is 45 minutes - one hour long. We will have a warm-up, workout, cool down / stretch. Workouts are geared toward HIIT training mixed with weight / strength training.

SCHEDULE:

Garage Gym:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30PM and 6:30PM ($15 each class)

Rise Gym:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30PM (free for members / $15 for non-members)


NUTRITION COACHING:
This is for anyone that is interested in taking or learning a macro approach to nutrition. This involves tracking the three macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. This method allows for a flexible diet that fits your individual needs while still ensuring that you are meeting your nutritional goals. It does require some effort and commitment to weigh and log your food, but the benefits are worth it. By tracking your macros, you can learn more about the composition of the foods you eat and make informed decisions about what you fuel your body with. With time and consistency, you can establish healthier eating habits that are sustainable long-term, leading to better overall health and well-being.

What is included:  Full access to customized app via Trainerize where macros are laid out and you will have access to recipes.  We will also have a google sheet where we keep track of macros, progress pics, and measurements. Bi-weekly check-ins for accountability.

Nutrition Coaching will be $100/month
