At this time I am looking to work with MEN with prior fitness experience between the ages of 35 and 55 years old who are looking to:

- Gain 5+ lbs of muscle in 12 weeks or less
- Be strong enough to deadlift your kids without worrying about back pain
- Boost energy levels and self-confidence so you can take your shirt off at the beach
- Fill-out your t-shirts to make your sleeves more firm against the arms or fit in old pants
- Make sense of nutrition to make more informed, confident decisions for long-term health no matter the circumstances or environment

I’ve built a few different packages for different needs that vary in price and support to ensure that you get exactly what you need in terms of direction and accountability.

Because of the amazing technology that’s available, I will be offering fitness and nutritional coaching online! I’m able to take on clients no matter where they are located in the world. This means a HUGE savings compared to in-person personal training, saving time on scheduling and meeting me at a set location, allowing you  to train on your own schedule!
