Please complete the following form to officially register your dance school, dance studio, performing arts group or youth dance company for Dance Live! Studio Edition 2022. The Junior Event will take place on Saturday 30th April 2022 and the Senior/Adult Event will take place on Sunday 1st May 2022. Please note that spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Please ensure you have read the Dance Live! Studio Edition Information Pack (available on our website: https://portsmouthguildhall.org.uk/get-involved/schools-colleges/dance-live/dance-live-studio-edition/) before completing this form.  

This form should be completed by someone that has the authority to make the decision about participating on behalf of your group. Please note that completion of this form does not require financial commitment.
