THE STEUBENVILLE CONFERENCE HAS REACHED ITS CAPACITY, AND WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING REGISTRATIONS.

Please fill out this information below to register for the 2024 Steubenville conference, which will take place from June 28-30 in Steubenville, Ohio. There are two more quick forms to fill out in addition to this one, which I have linked at the bottom under the "Next Steps" section. NEXT STEPS:

1. Fill out Steubenville's Online Liability Form, which can be found at the following link. You do not need to print it off. https://liability.steubenville.org/user/app/b9756e

2. Print off and fill out the Travel Liability/Medical Emergency Release Form, and return it to the parish office in Westphalia. The form can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CHnN0LCimTcRcDPUXgwCRUPLdoYzLQ18A9XGohdTcNU/edit?usp=sharing

3. An update will be sent out in the coming weeks regarding payment, including the exact amount due per student. The price range per student will be in the $450 range, though that amount will be lowered if your son or daughter partakes in our sausage sale fundraiser on June 8th and 9th. Envelopes will also be available in the church any parishioners who would like to make donations/contributions to students attending the trip. 

Payments will not be due until AFTER our fundraising efforts are completed and parishioner donations have been received.
