In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Tristate Breastfeeding Awareness Task Force, Bennington Parks & Recreation, the Town of Bennington, and any sponsors, coordinating groups and any individuals associated with this event, their representatives, successors, and assignees, and will hold harmless for any and all injuries to me or my child/ward or anyone on his/her behalf or property damage suffered in connection with this event, including those which may be attributable to weather conditions.
