Description

Join Margie Cain & Margie Howard for an introduction to Nordic pole walking to learn about the benefits of pole walking and the proper technique. We will walk with the poles for 30-45 minutes if weather allows. Walking poles will be available for use during the workshop, or you may bring your own "urban poling" poles.

We will also be hosting a Walking Group Social to celebrate the end of the year and success of our Walking Groups for Seniors program, following the workshop. All are welcome. You are welcome to attend both the workshop and social, just the workshop, or join us just for the social!
