Please complete this form to qualify for a spectator badge for your student-athlete's games.

Remember:

Only two (2) spectators per athlete are allowed at each home contest. No visitor fans are allowed at games, and this badge will NOT allow you to attend any away games.

Spectator badges are non-transferable, and numbered specifically for each sport. You cannot attend a game that your student-athlete is not participating in. (ie. your #22 badge for Girls Lacrosse will NOT admit you to a Baseball game.)

Spectators must display their badges when checking in to a home game, and are required to take the visitor health screening questionnaire (via QR code at the registration table), show the "green checkmark" to the gate staff member, and register a temperature lower than 100* F. If any of these conditions are not met, the spectator will not be admitted to the game.
