     As a part of our philanthropy initiative this semester, our organization is excited to announce that we will be hosting a charity gala on March 22nd to benefit a nonprofit called For Every Girl, whose mission is to help girls who have been impacted by gender-based violence in Liberia.      The gala will take place on Sunday, March 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00pm in the Cartoon Room at the Ohio Union (1739 N High St, Columbus, OH 43210). It will feature a silent auction of items generously donated from local Columbus businesses, a performance by OSU’s Women’s Glee Club, and a keynote speech from For Every Girl’s founders. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will also be served.

     Tickets for the gala are $5.00 for students. Please Venmo @Ohio-State-UBWA to purchase your ticket and write "Charity Gala" as your reason for paying.
