EDC Specialties will be hosting the 4th Annual NorCal Knife Meet Up on Saturday April 1st, 2023 from 10am to 5pm.
Thank you for volunteering to help out with this event. Each volunteer should count on providing at least two hours of service during the day. Job duties will be assigned on site. Any volunteer who is generous enough to be available throughout the day where needed, will be refunded your registration fees.
We need volunteers for the following:
**Registration Table
Each guest will be required to register online and sign the Hold Harmless/Waiver (HH/W) agreement. Each guest will receive a wrist band and a SWAG bag prior to entering the event.
**Swag Table
Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase swag and other NorCal Knife Meet Up goodies. Attendees will also be able to purchase additional raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes.
***Door Monitor
The door monitor is responsible for the flow of guests entering and leaving the store, and to ensure that no food or drinks are allowed in the store.
***Driveways/Over-Watch
Responsible for the flow of traffic and parking areas for guests and vendors.
***Entry/Parking/Info
Stationed at the main entrance of the event, this is the official greeter for the event. Direct guests to the registration area.
***Sharp Tester
Responsible for testing and recording knife sharpness at the testing station.
