Intake Form
We are pleased that you would like to partner with Farm School NYC. To make this proposal process seamless, please read this list of partnership FAQs before filling out the form.

1. Do you work with youth?
Farm School NYC is an adult (18+) education program.

2. Will you help me build/restore a farm/garden?
Farm School cannot fiscally sponsor the build-out of farms and/or gardens. We may be able to partner with sites that can be part of our educational courses, such as Carpentry or Irrigation, where we can help design, build, and/or recommend next steps as practice for FSNYC students. We would NOT be able to provide materials, soil, or other necessities for a project and we would need to do a site visit before moving forward with any collaboration.

3. Can I fundraise on your behalf?
For fundraising support, please reach out to Jazz@farmschoolnyc.org to coordinate for messaging on social platforms, gifts, and/or partnership opportunities around fundraising.

4. Can you create a program for my organization?
Farm School NYC is discussing program and curriculum consultation requests and capacity among staff at this time. Please fill out this intake form and include your proposal, timeline, and budget. We will reach out with next steps or to set up a meeting to talk further. We thank you for your patience around this important work.
