Creatively & Resourcefully Engaging Children, K-5

Projects will be FUN, purposeful and encourage creativity, resourcefulness & skill building, with materials you have at home! Children may take one or two sessions per week, independently or with a caregiver (families are welcome to participate together).

FALL 2020 ZOOM SESSIONS:
-Nov. 1 - 22, 4 weeks (Sunday, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22, and/or Tuesday, Nov. 3, 10, 17, 24)
-Dec. 6 - 27, 4 weeks (Sunday, Dec. 6, 13, 20, 27 and/or Tuesday, Dec. 1, 8, 15, 22)

DAYS/TIMES & Program Fee:
-Sunday, 2pm - 3:30pm (1.5 hours x 4 weeks / $62 per monthly session)
-Tuesday, 4:30pm -  5:30pm (1 hour  x 4 weeks / $48 per monthly session)

Unless otherwise noted, projects will utilize collage (cut paper from anything on hand, including catalogues and magazines), mixed media (a combination of materials/processes to create an artwork), drawing and painting (markers or oil pastel are awesome if paint is not on hand).

CLASS SIZE: 12 students maximum: These classes are fun and engaging because we are a small community of creators. We encourage interaction with our students!

We have enjoyed coast to coast participation in our Zoom sessions! Please share with friends and family near and far!

Families who register for By Discovery's "Zoom Room" will receive an invitation to enter the Zoom Room the Saturday prior to your session. While the art supplies we use will be those you have on hand, you will receive a weekly supply list each Saturday, in advance of your session, so your child can be prepared the day of their class.
