FISD will ONLY be providing devices for students who are attending virtual, asynchronous Summer School 2022 for PreK-8th & 11th (excluding: LSHS, LTHS, RHS, WHS).  

You will need to complete one form for each student in your family that will need a device.  Students MUST be registered for virtual, asynchronous Summer School to qualify for a district device.  Please come prepared with your child’s student ID and home campus when picking up the device.  

All summer school device requests are based on current grade level and campus location. Please submit the form with your child’s current grade level and campus location NOT where they will be next year.

FISD va a proporcionar dispositivos digitales SOLAMENTE para esos estudiantes que están registrados para el programa de verano asincrónico 2022 para PreK-8th y 11th (excluyendo: LSHS, LTHS, RHS, WHS).

Necesita completar un formulario por cada estudiante en su familia que va ha necesitar un dispositivo digital. Estudiantes tienen que estar registrados en el programa de verano asincrónico 2022 para ser elegibles para recibir un dispositivo. Cuando vengan a recoger el dispositivo digital, necesitan traer el número de identificación de su estudiante y el nombre de la escuela donde su hijo esta registrado.
