Selling Food- I understand that my booth will be inspected at the event. If my booth does not pass inspection (by STL County Health Dept) or doesn't have a permit, I will not be able to open and will not be refunded fees.
Selling Alcohol- I understand that is it my responsibility to obtain a Caterer's Permit from the State of Missouri
Selling Alcohol- I understand that I cannot sell Beer or Wine without permission from the Chamber
Selling Alcohol- I understand that I am limited to one signature cocktail for my booth.
