As those who have helped in the past will know, the Cotswold Beer Festival is in a very rural location.  There are several options for getting to and from the Festival and we can help in a number of ways.  Please let us know which if any of these you might use.   The Festival bus service will run during each of the public sessions from Cheltenham Racecourse or Winchcombe centre.  This service is free on production of a helpers pass.  Just use it as needed.
Helpers minibuses.  If there is sufficient interest we will hire minibuses to take groups of helpers to and from sessions of the festival as we have done before.  Please indicate if you would use such a service from any of the centres listed.
Driving/Camping.    There is some space for helpers to park close to Postlip Hall and also a small helpers' campsite.  Priority for camping space will be given to those working at the end of the evening sessions.  Except by special arrangement the campsite is available only from the morning of Thursday 14 July until the afternoon of Sunday 17 July.  Please indicate if you need a permit either to park or camp in the helpers' area but please share cars as much as possible and only ask for permits if really needed.  If you are going to drive home from the Festival please respect the drink/drive laws.
